The Pond

Bryan found a pond a couple miles from our house and now it's Luke and Bryan's new hang out. As soon as Bryan gets home or wakes up on the weekend Luke say "Wanta go to pond?". Being the good daddy that he is he usually always takes him. They throw rocks in the water and play in the dirt. It's pretty much every little boys dream play area. :)

Luke's first trip to the Zoo

A couple weeks before Bryce was born Bryan and Luke spent the weekend in OK visiting his family. This gave them time to fellowship and me time to relax. They went to the zoo one day and Luke had a blast. It was his first time at the zoo and I was really sad to miss it, but also knew that he would have a great time. He told me all about it when he got home. He talked mostly about the gorillas, I'm pretty sure they were his favorite. I think they were Bryan's favorite too, because he talked about them even more than Luke. :) Caden also got to go and Luke loved that. I was told that all Luke wanted to do was race with Caden and Caden agreed.

Aren't those some pretty smiles ;)

And my day begins

This is what a 2 year old can do in a matter of 30 mins while I feed and dress his baby brother. It wasn't even 8am yet.

Play house fun

Lucas and Bryan pretty much spend the entire day outside if Bryan's home. For about 1/2 an hour the other day they spent their time drawing in the play house. My husband is really just the best dad ever.

I love his hair!

I just love how a baby smells and looks after they've just had a bath. :) Bryce's hair hasn't really decided which way it wants to lay yet, so it just goes every where. It makes me want to bathe him everyday. :)

First walk as a family

We went for a walk the other day around the block as a family. It was Bryce's first time outside and I really think he would have enjoyed it if he would have been awake.

I do it myself

Luke is all about doing things himself lately, but as you can see he still needs a little help sometimes. :)

Brothers :)

They are already best buds. :) Lucas is doing really well with the new addition to the family. He just loves baby brother and is always wanting to do stuff with him. Of course he wants to share his apple juice with him and stuff like that. Or if he wants him to wake up then it only makes sense that all he needs to do is stick his finger in Bryce's eye. Let's just say he's not ready to be left in the same room with him yet. :)
