So Luke's birthday isn't until Thursday, but we had his party this weekend since next weekend is Mother's Day.
Everything went great and Luke had a great time. I made the cake and it finally turned out. I was getting a little worried there for a while. Here's a pic. Sorry it's sideways, but I can't figure out how to turn it.
I thought Luke was going to be really cranky for his party because he didn't take an afternoon nap (to many people at the house), but he was great. We had a lot of people over and Luke got a lot of great stuff. I thought he wouldn't eat the cake since he's such a picky eater, but he dug right in and loved it. Also since it was such a nice day we let him open his presents outside.
